  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Santander are not responsible for the degree training this is done externally. we have 2, 2 hour lectures a week after work hours. the tutors are accessible via email and Skype and we have a tutor that looks over us for the duration of the apprenticeship and makes sure we're up to date with our lectures. the tasks can be hard but a degree was never going to be easy. I don't enjoy this element of the apprenticeship although I appreciate how important it is. ill bullet point my dislikes(bare in mind this is my own opinion and other may experience this differently) : -lecture most of the time can be irrelevant to the actual task and when asking for help we'll just get told to refer to the lecture -lectures can fell too long and quite boring - terms are really long and we never actual get long holidays from uni work like a traditional uni student. we will have to work throughout summer and only get two weeks off in august. (bare in mind we are still working full time)
