  • Looking at various payment streams and assessing payment issues. Analysing payments for issues. Learning how to use databases to retrieve useful information. Working with management to find solutions to customer complaints regarding payments and how the solutions can be implemented.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Learnt various programming skills (Python, SQL), experience agile working, learnt about enterprise systems (e.g. CRM). Learning various modules (programming, project management, IS security, Maths for computing) through university studies. Continually developing core skills and behaviours.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's great. Within the current placement I have been given a lot of opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge and has aloud me to experience various aspects of the business. The university programme has given me an opportunity to broaden my knowledge and find new areas of interest.

  • No issues - I have always felt valued and feel like my immediate management and team want to hep me develop and give me various opportunities.

  • No issues - it has always felt well structured.

  • There a various resources for support. When support was needed, it was never difficult to find and was always valuable.

  • The are many sources of support and all seem more than willing to fully support me. I have never felt let down by the support available.

  • No issues.

  • I haven't had experience looking for outside opportunities.

  • Yes

  • It seems to be a great company to work for, where opportunities are plentiful and the experience is fulfilling.

  • Network, there are so many people with so much varying experience that networking with anyone will prove to be usefull
