Software engineer Review

On a daily basis my role involves having a morning standup meeting, following ux/ui designs and developing prototypes using emerging tech

I have learnt many new skills and apply some of them every day, i am constantly looking to up skill in new tech

i love being able to put what i learn into practise and know that it actually adds value, i enjoy learning so many new skills that i know will come in handy at some point in my career

very valued, i know that that are very supportive and have a fantastic structure in place for apprentices

it is very well structured as mentioned above, i have always had somebody to go to for any of my queries/ questions

i am given all the support i need from my training provider and they convey their messages very well allowing me to learn rapidly and effectively

i receive great support. Because my organisation is so large .. it is very rare that i will encounter a problem that somebody else has not already had, so there will be steps in place to help me.

My salary allows me to get by, but does not meet the London living wage
