Audit senior associate - attending client sites, field managing staff, completing audit work and stats preparation, as well as tax.

Great working culture in Cambridge EB - enthusiastic team who are willing to help

4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?

Good internal recognition - limelight awards from managers/staff External recognition (client feedback) is good, however is not looked upon much in internal feedback forms.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Induction was poor - I joined with 2 other school leavers and we were all given different start dates, went on an induction with graduates and learnt about ACA (not applicable as doing ACCA) Since joining, training and support has been good.
