  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • The team that i Currently work for is called configuration management which involves an every day daily task of maintaining every application within the project and any issues that are raised from other team members in the projects will be sorted by us. This could be for example, A connectivity for an application not being able to connect to another causing both to not function. I also take responsibilities of giving people access to specific environments and helping people troubleshoot with any application issues they are having regarding to the project. Overall I've gained many skills and will continue to enjoy working for Accenture.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I've developed many skills within my role such as problem solving within applications. This is because as Accenture makes their own applications, all you would have is to look around the configuration of the application and find out the issues it having to solve the problem. But there are always many skills that you will gain wiring Accenture.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • As for support from training provider. we get a 4 day workshop only for each course within the apprenticeship scheme which i would say it not a lot but you can still get support by emailing your tutor who will support you in content you want to understand. Overall i would say it decently fine.
