I work for the Met Police account and I am a Functional Tester on there meaning that i raise bugs and defects from applications provided from the client.
I learnt how to do Testing and the documentation around it mainly.
Um, to be honest, I had a few problems with the programmes which I stipulated but if I hadn't stipulated these problems out I will still be suffering at this present moment. I still think that this programme still needs some improvement and I will be having ongoing discusssions with the leaders to see what solutions we can come up with.
I dont really feel valued at all. Me and a few other colleagues can back me up on this. We feel as if we are the scum of the scum as if our opinions doesnt matter.
Its not really well structured because our training provider QA and Accenture don't reallt communicate with each other so they ask us to do certain takss but put us in a bad situation with our projects. For example I explained to my project that without my CW I wont be here and my work wouldnt be any point. But yet its hard for my project to understand the seriousness behind it. They just want me for the short term benefits.
Not really much support, but my performance is slacking. But I get more "hate emails" instead of taking time and escalating it to my manager saying that I need to finish my coursework. Even though I've done this countless times, as I said, they dont really understand the seriousness behind this.
Not much to be honest.
Well due to certain circumstances with HR messing up with my salary. I now have to pay full rent and right now my salary package only goes to rent and travel.
Not much, because when you're travelling East to SW everyday you dont really have much time for yourself. It's like I spend most of my time on the train. Then on Saturday and Sunday's I catch up on courseowrk because there are no opportunities for me to do it during the week...unfortunately..so no.
No
I dont feel like this is the best place. As I said there are certain improvements that needs to adhered for me to be spreading the word of the Apprenticeship
I will tell them the full story and my opinions and they I will allow them to make their decision if the still want to apply for Accenture or not.
