  • a fair amount of support. help is there if we need it

  • decent amount from my supervisor and we are encouraged to email if we need more

  • decent pay for an apprenticeship but wage rises were a good incentive

  • some opportunities however these were mainly invites on the weekend to a group get together and not work-related

  • Yes

  • decent company and pay. get some good skills and hopefully a job at the end. all education paid for too


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • be yourself, learn the values of the company and try your hardest.
