  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I'm a Homecare Marketing apprentice so I get to do a lot of creative tasks such as working with external digital and marketing agency's, as well working with a range a people internally. A large part of my role is invoicing, this is important as it insures that all our suppliers get paid on time,I also do other tasks on a range of brands, this can be anything from kick starting the process for getting product in store to creating vouchers.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I often have meetings with my training provider to go over what needs to be completed and to answer any questions, I also have there email so if its urgent then I can let them know. only negative is that the tracking system isn't updated that often so it doesn't look like I've completed as much work as I have done.
