  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My induction was clearly laid out and I had a clear understanding of what was going to happen. Training is very informative with the way they inform you of when where and what you are going to learn on the training. Support is structured well with many points of contact available. Everything within the business such as meetings and progress reviews are organised well and there is a sense that everything is organised well.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • My Training provider give a good amount of support when needed and are quick to react if things are not being resolved. Marking times for work are good and quick. So far my training experience has been mixed but when things have not gone as planned they have reacted in a good timely manner and I am currently on course to finish the training on time.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I am comfortably getting through my apprenticeship with the wage I am on and I have very high train costs, the agile working means I can save some money by working from home 1-2 times a week, saving me money. Lunch is also quiet cheap for London prices so this also helps.

  • I have been signed up to do many programmes within Unilever that extend out into the community. I have had the chance to go to internal events and also things such as the Brathay Challenge - volunteering at a food bank. I have also been involved in world food day and Dove day - helping boost young people’s self-esteem. There is also the gym that I can use before or after work, free of charge!
