  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the work/ apprentice balance it gives you a chance to work in the real world but also mix with apprentices and work on apprentice programs such as outreach team, digital team and communication team. I enjoy the work I am given by the PMO as it is very new to me due to working in retail previously. The office role ensure you think outside of the box and it improves your skills immensely.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The introduction to the program was really well structured, you knew the outline of the job role and it prepared you for starting work. I have received support constantly from my line manager, agency and education. • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
