IT Technicain Apprentice. Work on 1st and 2nd level support desk supporting our users in the UK. As well as ahving small projects. We also work with other countries in our company if there is big issue or improments in the IT side of the buisness. 1st and 2nd Level support consit of anserwing phone calls and picking up help tickets that have been requested by the users. In the Uk we support 5 diffrant sites and our team in the UK is 4 so more site stites than staff.
I have learnt loads of new skills as i fresh out of school. How to handle big situations or problems. I have also learned how the catogrise issues.
I like what the programme is about but it is sometimes hard to learn stuff by an online web basis. But working on the job is great for me as i can learn and earn money.
I feel valued by the users and my manger as tend to get good feedback on my progress and how i can find a solution in good time.
My programme form the EGGER side is great but from Baltic they are slow at replying at emails if you are stuck with cource work or genral issue. They tend to forgot to reming you taht you have a course.
I get an avaerage amoount of support form Baltic who are my provide. They can be spot on or very weak depending who you email.
I get great support from my Manager he is very open to help and issue progress. It is great so i can moniter my progress. If i have a problem i have npo worries to asking my manager.
My salary is outstanding for soemoen my age. I have no issue with cost living or travling. No issue with social events.
Yes we do often have social events but i end to only got to IT ones as i now those guy better.
