  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program has been well structured from the start I received a full induction as well as all the appropriate training before I began work on sight. I spent the first year at a training centre where GSK organised extra courses to fill in time in the college time table to ensure I was always kept busy. when returning to sight in my second year I have had a training plan set out so that I know what departments I am in at what points and what I need to learn in what department. Within the departments I have tasks and jobs to complete as well as learning points that are unique to that department. so far all of the training I have received has been well organised and structured to ensure that I get the most out of it.
