  • Attend your placement within the company(changes every 4-6 months. Once you are in to a placement you will have the same reasonability's as you colleagues. You will also have to complete NVQ work and attend university between 3-6 weeks a years depending which year you are in.

  • Constant training programs, NVQ, Degree, On job training.

  • Pretty full on, would highly recommend to join the company. But there may be other roles more appealing to each person.

  • Very valued they invest a lot of time and money in to your development.

  • Extremely well structured programme despite only a few years of successful apprentices on my program.

  • More support than you will get at any school, collage or university. There is also additional support if required.

  • More support than you will get at any school, collage or university. There is also additional support if required.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Covers living expenses only if you are living on your own. But if you are in shared accommodation you should be fine. Plus once you get in to your second year shouldn't be a problem. But the pay is far better than most apprenticeships.

  • There's clubs within the company Event groups you can join

  • Yes

  • Massive opportunities within the company, Plenty of places you can work worldwide.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • Prepare yourself for assessment days they are very hard. Do well in your exams,(But you don't need A* just have a drive to succeed).
