I do till work everyday 'this meaning serving and dealing with customer enquiries , helping to promote star buys and loyalty cards , i also do things off the shop floor like getting trollies ready to be put out downstairs and puttimg things away . Put away delievries , tidying around the shop also do things such as pick n list and tag requests.
I have learnt how to work better within a team aswell as individually. I have learnt how to be more confident in myself and with helping customers. I have learnt how to do safe checks and how to use the hht. Also just learning how to be on tills anddealing with money is something i hadnt done before.

I feel that i am part of a team and i like the feeling of people relialing on me . I know that everybody trust me which is always a good feeling and so its good that they can ask me to do things for them. I do feel that i am important .. just as everybody else in the team is .
I have regular meetings with my asser every month. I feel we get allot of stuff done in the meetings and i am always working on my folder . I prefer to do it at home however when i do it at work i always have plenty of help around if i need it
I feel i have got enough support from everybody . If i ever need help with something then my manager is there or whoever is around . When i see my asser we talk about it and get help that way
I get allot of support from my management team. They always check to see if i need help and offer their supprt they are also there for if i am having a bad day then i can talk to them . I am very happy with the support i get
Its okay . I still live at home so i dont have to pay for things such as food and bills . If i had to do things like that then i would struggle , however for my situation the money is good . But it could always be better
