  • Apprentice Manager - running the cash office, organising cashiers breaks, dealing with complaints, dealing with problems that arise with the tills.

  • Learnt how to run the cash office. Developed existing managerial skills.

  • I really enjoy my programme, I go home with a sense of achievement every day.

  • Very. I have a monthly meeting with my area manager who gives me updates on my progress.

  • The programme has come along way from when it first piloted the scheme.

  • A lot, my tutor is there if I need her.

  • I have a lot of managers above my level that are always willing to help.

  • Although I took a pay decrease from my current job I still am able to live happily with my wage.

  • Yes, I have done various different events. I did one a few weeks ago represent Aldi at the Skills North West event at Event City UK.

  • Yes

  • Great place to work for, hard work but very satisfying.

  • Be prepared to work hard and don't let a great opportunity bypass you.
