  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • A very healthy salary is given in year 1 starting on the scheme but there has been a minimal rise in year 3 for the amount of work employees and I are taking on. If a empliyee is doing the same job as a graduate or higher, surely the salary should be in a similar bracket.
