  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a Learning and Development advisor which means I coordinate all training courses, management and basic, across the sites. I organise delegates and send out communications for their courses as well as organising trainers, materials, catering and rooms. I also manage the work experience programme and planning student placements. I send out regular reports to management about employees completion of their goals and track and chase those who haven't completed the correct online steps on time.
