My role involves working as part of a team and it involves helping each other out when it is nesscary

Yes I have and they have helped throughout my career so far and they will continue to do so

It was a good opportunity for me to take the next step in my career and for me to learn new things

I feel very valuable because I feel like that I have become an important member of a team

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was very well organised and when I was asked by my manager to do it I took some time to think about it and eventually I decided to do it

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

I received a lot of support during my apprenticeship by my training provider

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support from my manager because if it wasn't for my manager I would not have got the opportunity to do it

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

It does meet all of my costs and one day I am hoping that will get more money because after I have passed my theroy test and my driving test I will be having my first car

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

Yes there are opportunities for me outside of work because I am learning how to drive a car and I have rebooked my theroy test because I failed it a few weeks ago and I am a member of a youth club and I am a member of a forever friends group

Yes

Because I don't know if all of my friends who are in this business that do work Greene king but if they don't work for Greene king I would definitely recommend it to them

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Greene King?

It is a good company to work for and like I said in question 9b I would definitely recommend it to all of my friends who are in this business to work for Greene king
