  • Customer handling has been improved through new techniques and reflective discussions, working ability during busy and stressful times has also been improved through suggestions about leadership and helpful productive communication

  • The program was enjoyable on the whole, learning new skills and about the organisation was helpful and Stephen my trainer was a great help

  • I feel no more valued than I did before I started the program

  • Very well organised and structured, Stephen helped my fit it comfortably around what else I had going on in my life, can't praise the man enough for his help and guidance

  • All the support, time and help i could ask for, he was patient and enthusiastic

  • Plenty of support from my managers, they were knowledgeable and interested to hear what I was learning and if they could help
