  • I have learnt the correct ways of interacting with staff and how to run a business

  • My programe was good, however it took over a year to complete which is a rather long time

  • The structure could have been done better, it was easy to see what was going on but hard to be focused as it was very drawn out

  • I received a lot of support from my trainer

  • I received a lot of support from my employer when I needed to work certain shifts I was rotared onto them
