  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The work is great. the operators I am currently working with are supportive as well as my line manager... then support above that seems to be non-existent apart from the academy team which is based in York half way across the country to where I am.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Nestle?
  • Sometimes not much, sometimes a bit, sometimes a lot when they need me to do something. Feel like a pawn in a chess game sometimes and as they don't want to even listen about my further education plans it doesn't fill me with confidence.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well. they know what I am to do and so far has been good but I have had to be proactive about a lot of aspects of it and trying to grow. I am aware that other apprentices on site aren't getting along so well.
