  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme as my work is enjoyable and I have a good team. The company is good and the addition of flex time and the removal of a dress code is very positive. The culture is frustratingly slow at times and can be quite political. There are a lot of processes involved.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Nestle?
  • I get a lot of appreciation from my manager and the team. I also receive a lot of internal recognition. I get to be involved in many tasks and projects although sometimes I feel like the culture in Nestlé will not let me progress as quickly as my ability enables me to.

  • Not necessarily relevant to me as I live at home and therefore do not incur many costs. However I believe that when I come off the scheme I could potentially receive a higher salary elsewhere if I so wished.

    6/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Not really - the location is poor which does not make organising any events very convenient or easy.

    4/10
