  • 4. How valued do you feel by Nestle?
  • The company treats the employees well. i get on well with my managers, and they will give praise to you when you have done something well. there is an oportunity in the daily meeting to give thanks and appretiation to those who you feel have done well, or gone above what was asked of them.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the programme i am on has been running for many years now, and has had time to develop and organise. there are still some areas for improvement however, for example, there does seem to be poor comunication between my employer, and my training provider, it often take several weeks for information to be passed on, and apprentices are sometimes used as middle men.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The training provider for me is my local college. there have been many complaints, from nestle, and other companies about the training provided there. it is often unhelpful information we are asked to learn, and the tutors can be very old-fasioned and blinkered in their teaching styles.
