  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction was very indepth, and in some ways a little bit too much but I understand why all the information needed to be covered. I have learnt a little via my tutor but all in all it's been very much based on me confirming my already existing knowledge and experience. The support meetings with my tutor are very useful and she has been great at encouraging me to continue with the programme when I was at one point ready to give it up.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Costs in attending and completing the course are minimal as the college is based a 5 min walk away from my place of work and I am allowed to attend meetings during work time.

    10/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • The college offer lots of opportunities to develop outside of work but they are not always linked to the programme I am involved in. I am able to attend internal events to increase my knowledge and shadow other managers to gain other perspectives
