  • Fitting/Inspecting on various engines in Defence Aviation. Involves fitting modules in a line-build to testing the engines before they are released for service.

  • Too many skills to name but if I were to mention a few they would be learning how to work efficiently with others within a team as this is what the company prides itself upon.

  • One of the best apprenticeships going.

  • Constantly reminded how much we are valued by the numerous training courses and team meetings we attend.

  • Brilliantly structured and I would say every part of the programme is completely relevant to the work we do after completion of the programme.

  • Top quality support, the training provider has been scrutinously picked by Rolls-Royce.

  • Constant performance reviews are one of many ways in which the employer keeps tabs on our progression and also when to support us.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Salary could improve but we are not disillusioned to the fact that the training we are provided with is expensive and such makes up for the salary.

  • Yes

  • Best job I've ever had. Had 5 jobs previous to this.

  • Don't be discouraged applying to a company of this size. They need youngsters with great ambition to keep the company moving forward.
