  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed the eight month programme because I have been given so many opportunities to develop and improve my skills. I have learnt so much and been able to travel meaning that the programme exceeded my expectations because I have been given so much responsibility. Also the team that i work with are very supportive and have taught me so much over the course of my time here.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Accenture?
  • I have received a lot of internal recognition for my work. My team are always quick to tell me when I have done a good job and the fact that I have been given such a high level of responsibility on the work i do highlights how much my team values me.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think that the induction programme is quite broad and since Accenture is project based it doesn't really provide you an insight to the work you will be doing. However, the induction gave me a good insight into some areas e.g. submitting your time and expences. My project is very well structured and I have arranged regular meetings with my managers but I have only seen the 'buddy' assigned to me once, so that level of support either needs to be more closely monitored or the buddy needs to be someone directly on your project.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I'm not sure training provider is the right word, however, I receive a lot of support from my team who have unskilled me in the areas needed for me to deliver high quality work.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive extensive support from my team in all aspects of my role e.g. the support extends past my day to day tasks they are also trying to guide me on a future career path based on their experiences. I havve developed a strong relationship with my team so they are easily accessible if i have any issues. I haven't had much contact with the HR Team, however, since I have stayed on one project, I think that is expected. Very happy with how I've been looked after.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I'm living at home so it's quite hard to assess how the pay would meet my needs. However, given we haven't been to university yet I think the salary is very good :)

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes there are multiple networking events and clubs and societies for you to get involved in. Equally there are corporate citizenship days which you can take. There are so many events but you need to be on the right mailing list to know what's going on.
