  • I am a t2 at co-op I ensure the day to day running of the store and give the best possible customer experience

  • I have learnt new and developed existing skills. My communication skills have developed massively.

  • The learning and programme is great. However I do not currently have the correct equipment.

  • The co-op are a great business that have amazing core values that they help all the team develop.

  • The overall structure is very good. However some equipment issues mean I have missed out on some web sessions

  • The support is very good for myself. I will ask when needed and always receive help.

  • The co-op give full support and will always be there to assist in any way.

  • The costs are covered by the co-op and all equipment should be provided

  • The opportunities outside of work for personal development are there if you are willing to put the work in

  • The co-op is a very fast paced business that never forgets it's core values and allows it's team to be themselves.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Co-op?
  • Go in with an open mind and be prepared for a lot of hard work but the rewards and satisfaction are plentiful.
