  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It's structured very well, as straight from day when they went through the a detailed development plan for the next six months as well as talking about what comes over the next few years. I receive a lot of support from my Line Manager and the rest of my team. I can also ask the emerging talent team any other questions that I have about my personal development. I was provided with a Buddy who was someone who had been through the same program and had just finished, he's someone who I can ask for support on whatever I might need either work or studying. I also have a mentor who is an older construction manager and meet with him in regularly scheduled meetings to discuss me and what I have been doing and what I should be focusing on next.
