  • I work on shop floor mostly, though I will deal with all aspects of customer service, stock control, security and team work.

  • I have learnt all aspects of retail as I had no previous experience.

  • I enjoyed all parts of the program, the folder work is good and breaks up the actual store work which I enjoy also.

  • I feel superdrug values me.

  • I feel it is organised perfectly and was exactly what I was looking to do though an apprenticeship.

  • I have not needed lots of support but my assessor was always available whenever I needed and I felt well looked after.

  • My employer provides all my day to day training, they have supported me all though my qualification.

  • It covers my costs and has enabled me to understand what is required to be self sufficient.

  • I feel there is opportunities and I now have the skills and evidence to show I am a suitable candidate for them.
