I work on shop floor mostly, though I will deal with all aspects of customer service, stock control, security and team work.
I have learnt all aspects of retail as I had no previous experience.
I enjoyed all parts of the program, the folder work is good and breaks up the actual store work which I enjoy also.
I feel superdrug values me.
I feel it is organised perfectly and was exactly what I was looking to do though an apprenticeship.
I have not needed lots of support but my assessor was always available whenever I needed and I felt well looked after.
My employer provides all my day to day training, they have supported me all though my qualification.
It covers my costs and has enabled me to understand what is required to be self sufficient.
I feel there is opportunities and I now have the skills and evidence to show I am a suitable candidate for them.
Yes
It has helped me develop and improve my confidence with all areas of life, something that I think could benefit anyone.
