  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme to start with wasn't well communicated as we had an induction then were just left to it. With only half a studay day a week, it can be quite difficult to get all studying required done in this alloted time. The support has been okay but could have been better.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The support recieved from our HNC tutor is quite limited as they don't tend to respond to emails in a timely manner. Our first NVQ tutor didn't offer that much support but our new NVQ tutor is much more approachable and explains things well.
