  • 4. How valued do you feel by Civil Service?
  • I feel very valued by the civil service and they recognise me as a key part in the DWP's future. All senior management around me have supported me very well. My line manager, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to supporting me, getting me networking and even though Im the first Apprentice she's been great I cannot fault her. I am spear heading quite a large project for my area at the moment and feel valued doing so.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • not very organised or structure at all. On HMRC's side they have been poor in their organisation of me getting posted, induction events and further support. In terms of DWP they have been very good in organising my programming, asking me and other apprentices what we feel we need to progress which is really good. Ive only just started my qualification side with QA and theyve been very good in structuring my program.
