  • I work for a keying department for RBS credit card centre. Dealing with settling funds for VISA ands MasterCard as well as moving funds between customers accounts and credit cards.

  • From my time being employed here I have learnt copious amounts about the banking sector as well as skills in fundamental business situations such as meetings and conference calls.

  • Apart from a rocky start due to my original team facing redundancies, the programme is now in full swing and I am eager to complete my course.

  • I have great support from my management team

  • A few issues to do with exam scheduling as well as issues at the start of my programme to do with my job role.

  • My training provider is always willing to support me through emails and phone calls

  • My immediate managers are very supportive and strive to help me progress

  • I feel like the salary fairly matches the expectations of my job role and suits as a good starting point for a young worker.

  • RBS for the most part has community investment schemes available to employees. My immediate team do nights out

  • Be well prepared for the interview process by researching the company and what your job role will entail. Make sure you ask questions that will provide a better insight to the job role so you aren't surprised if successful
