  • 4. How valued do you feel by Laing O'Rourke?
  • As I am on a programme I feel like I am valued based purely on how long I've been there and the rewards and dictated this way. In my day to day role I feel like I am valued a lot by the appreciation of others and the responsibilities I'm given. Unfortunately this isn't reflect in the rewards.

    5/10

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Laing O'Rourke?
  • Be confident during your application process (incl. interview and assessment day). Make sure you are fully aware of the role you are applying for and you have researched the company. Try your best to stand out as there are huge numbers of applicants but only a limited amount of vacancies.
