  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Business Analyst working on a project. On a daily basis I do a range of different tasks from attending meetings with stakeholders, preparing packs for meetings and preparing the minutes for meetings. I also undertake tasks such as looking at the risks and issues for the project and carrying out testing for the project. No two days are the same!

  • 4. How valued do you feel by NatWest?
  • Since day one I have been involved within the project I am working on and my manager has always ensured I am included within the team. I attend networking events which allows me to meet new people and build working relationships. Recognition is given and can be something as simple as a "thank you" email from being nominated for a Living Our Values (LOV) award.
