  • Professional banker certificate. the role has given me a chance to work on my teamwork, communication and banking knowledge

  • the programme has been good but there was a lack of structure involved in the programme

  • at first I felt extremely valued but at the moment there are jobs being cut in my department and its not a great time to be there.

  • the programme was well organised but there was a lack of structure in training and development

  • bpp were really helpful and my assessor went out of her way to provide me everything I needed

  • my line manager was great and helped every step of the way

  • extremely well paid considering its an apprenticeship and hard work is well rewarded

  • I have taken part in many extra curricular activities, all round opportunities to get involved and meet customers
