  • I have learnt lots of new skills and ways of doing things. It has also enabled me to develop he skills that I already have

  • I do really enjoy the responsibility that I have been given and meeting so many nice people

  • Not very valued, it takes ages to get expenses back even though I'm invited to the days in the first place

  • Very well organised. I like how I have a graph of what it should look like so there is no confusing

  • Lots of support. If I have a problem they wil sort it for me and guide me how to sort something

  • At the beginning not a lot but now I have gained respect from them do I get lots of support

  • For the job I do, I don't think I get paid enough for the responsibility I have
