  • As a day to day role the program set me up pretty well to a point, but then it fell apart and lost communication and direction.

  • yes, but most of which was self driven after the intial introduction

  • it started off very strong but after the initial introduction then didnt feel like i was one at all

  • locally alot, but not from program runners

  • pretty well

  • some but most off them are the other side of the country so often left feeling excluded

  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • As a program it is unorganised and i didn't feel supported, they went through three program runners within 18 months and mostly palm'd you off to your personal manager anyway. I have since made more progress on my own then following the program.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tesco?
  • in interviews be your self they are after personality
