  • My job role is to call customers through the outbound dialler, to book reviews and to review, to discuss premier and solve any customer queries.

  • I have learned a wide range of new skills, and continue to grow through further training and development and of course on the job too.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy this, I just wish more ime was made for me to complete NVQ and more time off phones to do more learning and studying, I have kids with behavioral problems and find it extremely hard to work at home.

  • I honestly feel so valued, this is by far the best and most rewarding job I've ever had,the people are great all the way from the top.

  • I get contact with my assessor now and again, it's mostly up to myself to complete work in my own time which is very difficult.

  • She is available when I need her

  • Not much to be honest, a day or so every 6 weeks for development.

  • Salary is fine.
