Gaining a HNC qualification on a day release at college whilst learning professional skills whilst at work

alot of time has been spent to improve the apprenticeship programme for maintainers at 3M aycliffe.
The structure of the apprenticeship programme is currently being updated
A lot of support is given if needed
A lot is given from higher management as well as my colleagues I am working with regularly
I feel I am quite well payed compared with other apprentices from different companies
3M have a lot of events outside of work you can sign up for. I recently played 5 a side football with some colleagues
Yes
It is a well payed job with the company making it's employees happy whilst going about their job roles
Just be as friendly as possible whilst going through the interview process
