  • I was on a business admin apprenticeship so I mainly done admistration work. This included filing, emailing, answering phones and other admin tasks.

  • I developed my excel skills and commuincation skills whilst on my apprenticeship.

  • I really enjoyed my second year when I was placed within Human Resources.

  • I feel like I am a valued employee at Bakkavor.

  • I found parts of my programme difficult as my coursework didn't fit well with my placement within the training department.

  • The apprenticeship salary was better compared to other companies however now coming from scheme causes salary increase issues for me.
