On a day to day basis I work on tills, help customers and mainly work on cosmetics; tidying the stands, cleaning the stands, maintaining the stock on stands. I make sure all stands are looking good, so customers can find what they want easily.
My customer service skills have improved a lot since starting and have learnt a lot within the business.
I really enjoy the programme.
I feel very valued by Superdrug. I feel it is a good business to be in to progress and get promotions.
My programme is very well organised and structured. I always knew what I was doing and why.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. He helps me with a lot.

Because it is a really lovely place to work and shop. Working here gives you loads of opportunities to progress and become management. To shop is a lovely experience all staff make sure customers leave happy.
Make sure you aren't shy, there's no need! Need to be confident with talking to people as it is a customer based job.
