As an apprentice we are catered for very well in most areas and given opportunities to develop and excell, It is for this reason I feel valued by jaguar landrover most of the time.
My program despite being a pilot scheme was reasonably well organised by Jaguar Landrover.
Support can be requested from my training provider at any given time, meeting are held at set intervals to ensure all is proceeding well.
All staff at JLR have been more than happy to support me whenever requested.
The salary as an apprentice at JLR is very good.
There are plenty of opportunities outside of work through JLR including the ELS scheme where funding is provided for learning activities to employees for courses of their choice. For instance JLR funded my CBT motorbike taining last year.
