  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • During my apprenticeship so far I have improved my communication, presentation and excel skills. I regularly communicate with a variety of people. • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Although I enjoy the programme, I fell as though the structure could have been improved. I felt as though I didn't get a well standardised induction into the company. Although my day to day is structured, I feel as though the plan for the future development has not been well thought out or well communicated as I am unsure of the next team I will be moving to and when.
