Client data specialist Review

Within the client data team. Assisting the sales team with follow up tasks, reports whilst using salesforce systems.

I developed organisation, writing/communicating, presenting skills and learnt how to use new systems and learn more skills in Excel.

I enjoy coming into work everyday and learning something new and being able to take away valuable experience/ skills each day. Also the team around me are helpful and add to the enjoyment of my day.

I feel that I am valued and add value to the team that I am working in. As I am given challenging tasks and push myself, I feel I can develop with the support behind me and also help my team in doing so.

It is well organised, as the programme includes many different aspects and not just sitting at my desk all day. With days out learning about the industry and developing my knowledge by learning on the job and in a classroom.

I get a lot of support to help me with my development. I get supported for my studying and also external learning days.

I get a lot of support from my employer to help me understand the industry and different parts of the business. They are supportive in me to go and spend time in different parts of the business and see how the departments link up together.

It allows me to cover my travel and food costs and allows me to have some money at the end of the month to help save.

There are many opportunities to play sport and socialise outside of work with events and sports clubs the company puts on for its employees.

I enjoy coming into work and everyone I've met have been nice and helpful. I feel I can approach everyone and ask them questions. Also I feel that Schroders are a great company within the industry.
