I would be on the till making sure I active sell to customers while giving good customer service. I would also be on the shop floor doing jobs such as picking list or zero to zero. Twice a week I would also be doing delivery.
I have learn how to give good customer service and how too work in a team. I have also learnt how important it is to active sell to customers. I've also learnt how to deal with complaints and unhappy customers.
I really enjoyed my programme, this is because even though I previously worked in a shop I learnt more things doing this. Doing this programme also made me a lot more confident, especially with customers and getting on with the whole team
I feel very valued by Superdrug because I learnt a lot in my apprenticeship
It's very organised as I get daily visits to check how I'm getting on. I also have work colleagues who make sure it's organised.
I receive a lot of support from my training provide as he makes sure I'm on track with everything and stretches out the visits so I get everything done
I receive a lot from my employer as they make sure I have time in the week to complete my workbook ready for the next visit
It meets it well as I'm still living at home and don't need to pay for many things just yet
They are many opportunities outside of work as I feel a lot more confident
Yes
Because you learn a lot of things working in a shop and it also builds up your confidence
I would tell them to go for it as it's a great opportunity and will prepare you for the future
