  • We move around the company for 4 years, doing 6 to 9 month placements. Placements include commercial, sales, project management, procurement etc...

  • Yes. Many new skills and a huge amount of new knowledge. Mostly IT skills using various programmes, and personal development skills.

  • Very much enjoy, very happy to have chosen a sponsored degree over full time university.

  • Very valued, young people are treated very well

  • Well structured with dedicated teams and an understanding of the programme from the rest of the company.

  • More independence needed, which is fine.

  • It's always going to be hard for young people. The salary is fairly good, not amazing.
