  • I am a reservation team manager responsible for 24 staff. They are call center agents that take corporate and retail bookings for all of our brands.

  • Yeah it was nice to get back to structured learning and how to analyze and compare my management style to tried and tested theories.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It was challenging in many ways that was the most enjoyable part. I was able to fit it around my own schedule and use much of my existing work as eveidence.

  • I had as much support as I needed Waverley training were great even though me being one of the first homeworkers gave them a few challenges

  • Anything I needed in regards to time and meetings was well catered for.

  • It meets them well

  • They have a great work life balance policy and it is very enjoyable to see how responsible there are to their staff and communities they operate in.

  • Love the values and work to them and you will fit in well
