I am a sales assistant, this means I serve customers on the till, help them on the shop floor and carry out any tasks that need completing,
I have learnt to become more conjfident in talking to new people. I have also learnt how to carry out a zero to zero on cosmetics, tester order and took part in promotions and stock takes.
I really enjoy working at Superdrug and with the team that I work with.
I feel very valued and always try to offer my best help when my team ask for it.
It is very organised, I have one hour a week off the shop floor to complete my workbook and see Linda every 4/6 weeks.
I receive a lot of support from my team at Superdrug and also Linda. I know that I can tell them about anything I am struggling with.
Superdrug supports me a lot and the team I work with, they will always help me if needed.
Very well. I don't have many outgoing costs, so all the money I earn is just spare money.
Yes
It's a lovely place to work and the team are always so helpful and supportive.
Be yourself and don't be afraid of asking for help if you need it.
