  • I am a service desk agent which means that I have to try and fix any issues that our users have with their computers, if this is not possible I assign it to a team more suited.

  • I have both learned new skills and developed my existing IT Skills through on hand training and classroom training

  • I am enjoying the ability to learn as I go and still have a job, I think its a very good system that should be highlighted to kids more

  • I fell like I am a valued member of a team within Atos

  • The program is mainly run By QA who do a good job of teaching whilst giving you enough time to learn yourself

  • QA offers a fair amount of assistance, you are able to email your assessor at any time and ask for info or help

  • My employer is very supportive as they offer in house training and provide me with all the skills required for the job

  • My salary is very good for an apprentice, I can manage fairly well month to month
