My role involves application development and business analysis. This means, I take part in the design, development and delivery of technological applications to our clients. The business analysis aspect of my role involves business development, client relationship management and after-delivery support to application users.
I have developed my team work and communication skills to a satisfying level. I am learning new technical skills, at a less satisfying pace.
I mostly enjoy the challenges it presents as these allow me to go out of my comfort zone and grow as a professional. The opportunities are also an enjoyable aspect of the programme as I get the chance to learn, develop and discover more into the field of technology.
I am not fully satisfied with the value credited to my input as an apprentice, at this level. Low expectations are a clear break to my motivation on this programme
The programme is improving in terms of structure and there is more visibility on the objective it aims to achieve.
The support offered by my training provider is very poor, inadequate and not conforme to the legal requirements in regard to training/education regulations.
In opposition to the training provider, Accenture is providing appropriate support in regard to my disability, career goals and personal circumstances.
I am struggling to cover my living costs with my current salary as I am a care leaver, renting privately in London and with recurrent health related expenses.
I am not sure what type of opportunities you are referring to; but I am currently looking for additional source of income (Weekend jobs, Online paid-roles, etc.). I also have a mentor outside of work, who helps develop my technical skills from practice sessions.
